At Hallow & Hearth™, each piece is created with care and intention. Many of our items are made to order, allowing us to maintain quality while minimizing excess production.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item. If additional time is required, this will be communicated clearly.


Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Larger or wholesale orders may require additional processing or transit time. When applicable, timelines will be shared in advance.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Hallow & Hearth™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly.
